Phase-specific referral programmes and review building, with payouts triggered by real closings from the Graph.
Referral Engine runs phase-specific programmes — waitlist-refers-waitlist, buyer-refers-buyer, resident-refers-resident — each with its own reward logic, tracked by unique links or codes that hold up across a channel switch. Rewards can be cash, voucher, rank advantage in combination with the waitlist, or a physical prize, and payouts trigger only after a closing event such as a contract or move-in, never on a mere click. Review requests fire from day one at satisfied touchpoints, timed against a sentiment signal so no request follows a negative contact. Reward logic and tracking are commodity; the difference is that closing events come automatically from the Property Graph instead of being reported by hand, and one referrer stays in the same programme from prospect to resident rather than being maintained across several tool breaks.
