This is the module Exybs already runs today, and its showcase. Concierge holds a genuine needs conversation — life situation, household size, budget, timing, financing status — without the feel of a form, and can render style visualisations of a prospect's wished-for configuration, clearly labelled as AI images under EU AI Act Article 50. It suggests floor plans filtered live from the Property Graph, books appointments against the sales calendar, and carries one continuous thread across web chat, WhatsApp and phone. The real edge over US tools like EliseAI or Funnel Leasing is continuity: the same Concierge instance, with the same memory, goes on to accompany the contract, handover and living phase, where those tools stop at the lease and force a system break.
