Site Builder assembles the full project site — structure, copy, images, floor plans, prices — directly from the Property Graph and your Vipe-DNA, so a launch-ready website can go live in days rather than weeks. Sold or let units switch themselves off automatically, so the site never shows outdated availability. Mandatory German pages are generated as standard: Impressum, privacy policy, GEG energy-certificate figures and right-of-withdrawal notice, with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility to meet the German Accessibility Act (BFSG) obligation in force since 29 June 2025. The same underlying data drives two parallel narratives — one for owner-occupiers, one for capital investors.
