Welcome Journey runs a timeline playbook from three days before arrival through move-in day to the first house gathering, using a Brand Studio template adapted per project. A searchable, illustrated house guide replaces the faded PDF folder, with equipment-specific instructions for ventilation, underfloor heating, or smart-home panels linked automatically from the building documentation and answered conversationally by the Concierge. A voluntary, granular neighbourhood opt-in feeds a community profile that is data-minimal by default. The 30-day pulse and the deeper 90-day pulse run an automatic promise-versus-reality check against the marketing commitments from earlier in the lifecycle, route criticism to the right team, and turn praise into a published review only with explicit consent, before a seamless handover into Vipe Home.
