Handover & Protocol runs the on-site appointment along the Property Graph room list, with mandatory photos per room and condition ratings per building element. Meter readings for electricity, gas, water, and heat are captured with a mandatory display photo, OCR reading, and plausibility check, then flow onward as the EED consumption baseline. Every party signs electronically, with support for multiple signatories, powers of attorney, and a structured reservation signature so a general signature is not read as unqualified acceptance of a disputed defect. A no-show workflow documents one-sidedly with a mandatory reason and an explicit note on its weaker evidentiary weight, and digital access rights are released through the access-control layer only after the final signature.
