Screening & Fair Select
Data-minimizing self-disclosure, credit and identity checks, AGG-fair comparison, and a guided GwG track.
Selection runs in staged data-minimization tiers as a factory default, not an option: interest first, identity after the viewing, credit only just before a contract — a direct response to current German case law that struck down blanket data collection dressed up as self-disclosure. Applicant comparison uses structured, objective criteria (income-to-rent, household-to-area, completeness) while AGG-sensitive characteristics and their proxy variables are technically removed from the scoring model, and the decision is documented for dispute given the BGH line making brokers directly liable for discrimination. On the buyer side, the GwG identification track guides collection of the required data, determines beneficial owners above 25 percent, and enforces the minimum five-year retention separately from ordinary prospect data. No fully automated rejection without a human reviewing the suggestion.
