A register of subsidy and rent commitments that the leasing flow has to respect.
Some units carry legal strings — an occupancy-certificate (WBS) requirement, a rent-price ceiling from public funding — and letting them to the wrong household or at the wrong rent breaks the commitment. Occupancy & Funding keeps a register of those bindings and makes the leasing close respect them, so a bound unit cannot be signed to an ineligible applicant or above its capped rent. It handles cost-bearer cases and ships with a cooperative template for Genossenschaft-specific occupancy rules.
