Resident-bookable concierge services with configurable revenue share for owners.
The Services Marketplace turns a classic cost center, concierge staff, into a revenue position. A per-property catalog covers cleaning, laundry, parcel acceptance, dog care, small handyman jobs, and furniture or flower subscriptions, with one-off and recurring booking, price transparency before booking, and integrated card or credit-account payment. Providers onboard with verification of trade and insurance proof, revenue share is configurable per provider and category, and payouts run through the platform. Three concierge models range from purely digital to hybrid with on-site curation to a premium personal concierge, and bundles like a move-in package of first cleaning plus furniture subscription tie back to the move-in phase.
