Energy & Impact takes a legal obligation, the monthly consumption information under HeizkostenV and the EED, and makes it a comprehensible experience instead of a bare duty. A consumption cockpit goes beyond heating UVI to cover electricity where a smart meter exists, water, and heat, with trends across weeks, months, and years and comparison to the previous month, prior year, and a normed reference user per § 6a HeizkostenV. Concierge gives context-aware saving tips on consumption spikes, tenant-electricity transparency shows PV generation and self-consumption share, and a per-household CO2 footprint rolls up into an anonymized building or district balance. Shared goals with playful elements, like a per-building water-saving challenge, and active notification on new UVI data round it out, with the data source disclosed per meter and metering service.
