An open API and app marketplace built on ownership of the full-lifecycle graph.
A documented interface reads and writes the graph, with event webhooks, a developer sandbox, and rate limits, plus OAuth scopes per integration instead of blanket access. A vetted app marketplace carries niche portals, local service providers, and specialist analytics as native tiles inside cockpits and portals, with a revenue-share model for partner apps and a review process before listing. Honest framing: this is the least differentiated module, starting from zero installed base against decades-old ecosystems. The thesis is that owning the data across the whole lifecycle makes even a few highly relevant apps, the ones horizontal marketplaces ignore, strategically worthwhile.
